Mondays - 1:00 to 1:45 (Parts A and B can be taken in either order)

Part A of Introductory Series (Everyday words, family food and animals)

Mama Bliss Massage for Beginners

Adar Birth Services is currently offering private massage instruction to partners and other support people.

How does it work?
Your partner or friend recieves a free massage! You accompany her to receive instruction and hands-on learning during the session.

What will I learn?

• How to make your partner comfortable during a prenatal massage.
• The fundamental guidelines for performing massage.
• Areas to avoid or take care with during pregnancy and the immediate postpartum.
• How to elicit and recieve useful feedback from the person you are massaging.
• Basic massage techniques.
•
